New projects in Tel Aviv: what is being built now and what is planned

Here the new projects of Tel Aviv appear the way the municipality sees them: construction sites with a permit number, a work stage and a developer, next to town plans that were approved or deposited, with the plan documents and the page in the national planning system. The list runs by stage, from the start of works to completion, and every project links to its street and its neighborhood. The large plans, Sde Dov and the north-west of the city, get their own statutory timeline. That way it is possible to follow what happens on the ground without waiting for a developer's advertisement.
